With a menu that nails the classics, we're looking for someone with genuine excitement for the industry with a desire to continuing progressing as a great chef. Above all, you will be keen to learn and be committed to achieving the very best, with a high level of self-care and drive.

+ Cooking, plating and presentation
+ Managing stock levels
+ Ensure food and stock and hygiene standards are met in line with health regulations

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
+ Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required.
+ Experience in Chinese/Asian/Vietnamese wok cooking.
+ Having Stir-fried, fried rice and deep-fried skills.
+ Follow recipes and presentation specifications, positive food delivery and attitude
+ Works quickly and accurately during busy periods
+ Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
+ Oversee and manage kitchen operations
+ Able to estimate and do ordering of ingredients
+ Preserve and store foodstuffs inappropriate temperature-controlled facilities
+ Train apprentices and other kitchen staff
+ Clean and organise kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
